Beiersdorf is pleased to announce the appointment of Genasha Naidoo as the new Managing Director for Beiersdorf Southern Africa, effective October 2024. With over eight years of dedicated service at Beiersdorf, Genasha brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations and value. Genasha began her journey with Beiersdorf as the Sales Director for Southern Africa in 2016. Genasha was thereafter appointed as Regional Sales Director Africa, Middle East, Asia and ANZ and most recently, she served as General Manager for Beiersdorf in Turkey. This appointment marks a significant homecoming for Genasha as she returns to her roots in South Africa. Her leadership reflects Beiersdorf’s commitment to empowering women in senior roles. Beiersdorf is proud to commit to achieving 50:50 gender parity across all management levels in the consumer business by 2025.
